「I booked this hotel for a getaway for my son and I specifically because it advertised as having an outdoor pool and the weather was beautiful. Upon arrival, I was incredibly disappointed to find out the pool was closed. To make matters worse, each person at the front desk had a different excuse (the pump was broken, they were waiting on an inspection, it was my fault for not asking if they had an outdoor pool and my favourite "its a seasonal pool and July isnt the season we open the pool"). If you need to sleep for a night, it should be fine, but for a longer stay, please choose something else.
While we are not very picky with the food, the free breakfast had very little variety.

「My husband said thank God I was too sick to attend the event we were going to.
He was there by himself. the room stunk and had mosquitoes. When he mentioned it they gave him the air freshener and bug spray to do it himself. ! The key didn't work and the response was they were having issues and had to get new locks. Looked like it was out of the 1930's.
