"Perfect for our team of 18! Everyone enjoyed the food, the staff, the ambience. It was great to have our own privacy to bond as a team. Everything was immaculate! Minor problems- The internet connectivity was slow or didn't work, and the power tripped out 1-2 times per day, however, speedily restored by our butler."

"Our stay in Treasure Beach was beyond amazing. The staff at Turtle's Nest from Owner to Zeb the care taker and Peta and Vincent the chefs that make delicious food and Peta's mom who did all our laundry and made sure we always had clean sheets and towls are all amazing. My wife and I have been to treasure beach 6 times now and we were very pleased with the entire staff including Sugar and Spice the villa dogs that made leaving our fur babies for 2 weeks soo much easier! "Our family had an amazing time! The house was gorgeous and spotless, and some days, we had the beach all to ourselves. The internet was top-notch. The house also has Netflix and board games as additional entertainment. The only suggestion I have is to put mosquito nets over the beds. We’d definitely come back again!"

Unfortunately the two villas show their age: old furniture but generally clean. Our main problem with this rental was that the kitchen was dirty. "We arrive to the most beautiful house wonderful guest host… house was very clean just as described on the website. We had three wonderful staff that greeted us and was there with us throughout the stay meals were prepared as we requested. "Our group of 14 adults and 6 kids found KRP Villa to be the perfect property for our stay. Each family had their own room and private bathroom, which was essential for our group’s comfort.The villa’s outdoor space was a highlight—spacious, with plenty of seating and a large pool that comfortably accommodated everyone without ever feeling crowded.Chef Darren’s meals were a standout, transforming every dish into something memorable with his unique touch. The grounds staff, Ainsley and Foota, were incredibly attentive and delivered on every request, keeping everything running smoothly for such a large group.The community beach, just a short 5-minute walk from the villa, was a great option when we wanted a change from the pool.Excursions were easy to arrange—YS Falls and the Pelican Bar boat launch were about a 30-minute drive, while Negril and Montego Bay were each around 1.5 hours away. Treasure Tours handled all our transportation and took great care of us throughout.Overall, KRP Villa was a 10 out of 10 experience for our group—comfortable, relaxing, and well-managed from start to finish."
