Quarry A4 is a brand new home that has an open floor plan with 869 sqft of living space and all the comforts of home. The property comes with an inviting living room with a large flat-screen TV, fireplace, and cozy seating for all. The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances and stunning quartz countertops and 2 counter stools. It is equipped with all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you will need to prepare a meal!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (sleeps 6):
FIRST FLOOR:
Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Soaking Tub and Separate Shower

SECOND FLOOR:
Loft Area: Queen Bed and Full Size Sleeper Sofa

** PLEASE NOTE: HOT TUB IS OPEN YEAR-ROUND. The clubhouse swimming pool is open typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day!!**

With prior approval, we are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of 200 USD per dog, plus a 100 USD cleaning fee, plus applicable taxes. Pets must be well-trained and crated at all times when the owner isn’t present. You must notify the host if you are bringing a pet so that the proper fees can be collected.

* No smoking, vaping, or parties permitted at this property. Guests shall not have parties or events at the home which includes but is not limited to bachelor & bachelorette parties, golf parties, and weddings
Check-in on 12/25 is not available.

* No parties may be hosted by guests at the Clubhouse. Rules are posted inside. Please use the Clubhouse respectfully and responsibly.
