"We were happy to have found a smaller property as we were a group of three, so that was nice and a good price. Also, it was great to find a dog friendly house as well. The cabin is really cute and very clean inside. We loved the log walls and overall atmosphere. I will say, that even though it is small inside, it would be nice to have even a cafe size table and two chairs to eat at, it isn't easy to eat breakfast sitting on a wide couch without a coffee table or something. Also, a curtain on the east window above kitchen sink would be nice to keep the sun out of one's face when making breakfast or coffee, and out of the face of someone sleeping on the couch. The only sort of issue we had was that some starlings were trying to nest or perch on the light above the front door and roof above the front door and they dropped an amazing amount of poop on the deck and welcome mat as well as splattering a little on the door. It was hard not to step in it when going through the door. I hope some bird spikes above the porch light and maybe on the roof will alleviate this problem."

"We booked the River House for a family get together / World Champion Jet Boat Race.We had 3 adults & 2 teenagers and 2 small dogs. Our 2 nieces rented the conected 1 bedroom apartment. Parking: we had 3 full sized pickups and 2 cars & had room for more when they arrived.When on the front porch you see the Salmon River( River of no return) it is so beautiful. Also there was a birds nest up by the front door with 4 baby birds. We would sit at the other side of the porch & got to watch the momma feed her babies. We would watch them for a little bit then go sit out in the back yard so not to bother her to much.The house was very clean and very spacious. The master bedroom has a deck to go sit on with a beautiful view. And has a huge bathroom with a sauna/ shower. Thers a really big tv in the living room that has internet TV & thers lots of movies to watch ( we didn't spend much time in there we were outside watching nature). The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Thers another really big bathroom with a deep tub/shower off the kitchen. The family room is pretty amazing. Thers a bose stereo and any kind of music cds for your listening pleasure. Thers also a phooseball table that converts to mini pool table to play on ( the teenagers liked that). There was also a big dog kennel for the little fur babies. You go out to the back yard & thers a big BBQ grill and propane firepit & table & chairs. The landscaping is so beautiful! We most definitely will rent again!!"
