The Space:

Indoors winter light filters through expansive windows, framing alpine scenery that feels both close and vast. Days unfold at an unhurried pace - mornings easing into the cold, afternoons returning from the slopes, evenings stretching long by the fire or in steaming water under the night sky.
Living Space
This entire home is designed for gathering and unwinding after full days outdoors. Ski-in and ski-out access connects you to the Lower Peak to Creek Trail, with ski-in returning you near the private gondola that links directly to Creekside Village. Back at the house, a media room, billiards room, and dedicated workout space offer places to relax or recharge, while indoor fireplaces add warmth throughout the colder months. A Control4 Bluetooth sound system flows through the home, setting the tone for quiet evenings or shared celebrations.
Sleeping arrangements
Bedrooms are arranged to balance privacy with comfort. The primary suite features a king bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, private deck, and an ensuite with heated floors, double vanity, soaking bath, and glass-enclosed shower. A second primary bedroom offers a four-poster king bed, scenic views, private deck, and an ensuite with soaking tub and dual vanity. Another bedroom includes a double bed and a loft with an additional double bed, served by an ensuite with shower. On the main level, a California king bedroom with sitting area connects to its own ensuite. A separate nanny room provides a single bed, TV, and ensuite. A guest powder room and an additional bathroom with steam shower on the lower level add convenience.
Outdoor living
Winter transforms the outdoor spaces into a serene retreat. The private heated pool and hot tub remain a welcome contrast to the cold air, perfect for easing sore muscles after skiing. The fire pit draws everyone together in the evening, while mountain views stretch out beyond the deck. Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with ample space to prepare meals after a day on the mountain. A breakfast bar seats four, while the dining table comfortably accommodates shared dinners for up to ten. The BBQ area remains available, weather permitting, extending the cooking space outdoors.
Ski access and neighborhood
Ski-out routes connect you to Whistler’s trails, while the private gondola provides quick access to Creekside Village for dining, shops, and essentials before returning to the quiet of the chalet.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighborhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior security cameras installed at the front, above the garage, and pool of this property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
