At $325/night price, taking a shower ended up receiving cold water. I was allowed to take a shower at the hotel gym on the 17th floor. The elevator wait time was too long. And, hotel bathroom is much aged without any modern feature. We were moved to a minorly upgraded room the second night, without being given a more substantial compensation. Overall, the location of the hotel is excellent. That was the only reason we chose to stay.
