"Motel was new. Room was very clean and was stylish. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was equipped with kettle, microwave, mugs, crockery and cutlery. Parking adjacent to the room. A short walk to restaurants and the centre of Whakatane. Wifi fast. I didn't try the TV which had lots of channels. A table to work from. Aircon. Bed large and comfortable. Everything was there. Excellent. "

"Good communication to check our arrival time as we didn’t realise check-in closed at 6.30 pm on this particular day, instead of 8pm. The room was clean, comfortable, roomy & we enjoyed the spa bath. The only mini gripe (which I forgot to mention to them) was there was no milk for a cuppa. There was nowhere close by open to buy milk at that time of night. Aside from that, I would stay again."
