Buller Bridge Motel was perfect and offered every single thing that was on our 'want list' when looking for accommodation - ensuite bathroom / kitchen which included microwave as well as normal oven with elements and an extremely comfy kingsize bed. Our room was spotlessly clean and the motelier friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend Buller Bridge Motel if you are in the Westport area.

We were very impressed. Our host was attentive and the whole property and our unit lovely. Only noticed the garden needed a handy man to potter in. Would definitely recommend.

Check in was fast and easy. Staff were great and gave some good tips for food options. This is a older property but it is maintained well. It’s just on the edge of town so if it’s raining it might not be a walk to town option.

Wenn das Bett nicht so extrem weich gewesen wäre, und nicht soviel leuchtende Technik im Raum gewesen wäre, dann hätte ich volle Sterne vergeben. Sehr gut ausgestattet, Küche, Wohnen und Bad. Sogar eine Heizdecke war im Bett. Es gibt Seifen und Shampoo. Es gab auch ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Waschmöglichkeit günstig

While the unit is in the process of being refurbished, the bathroom accessories, towels, sheets and kitchen contents were excellent. The shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot. The unit was spotless and quiet. We're coming back!

A very comfortable, clean and spacious unit. Terrific amenities - laundry and outdoor area. We very much enjoyed our overnight stay. Highly recommend the Buller Bridge Motel.

We loved staying there for the 2 nights. Only thing was there is no aircon, only a fan spreading the hot air around. Both nights were extremely hot so didnt get alot of sleep due to the heat We would definately stay there again.

Lovely welcome even though we were a bit early. Super helpful and informative, I liked it sat on the edge of Westport, was quite peaceful. Even with having to leave the evening before our check out due to a personal problem, she let us know everything was still ours incase we needed to come back. Very satisfied!

Had a nice friendly welcome and the motel unit met our expectations for the short stay we had in Westport. Easy walk to town and good base to do sightseeing out and about.

Good location, comfy beds
Bed was comfy, good range of tv channels, well equipped kitchen. Good location. Quiet. Shower had plenty of pressure but needed a rack to hold shampoo bottles etc.

Wonderful staff...very friendly! Unit was SUPER CLEAN and well equipped for our overnight stay. Having laundry available was a bonus! I've been in the vacation rental business for 35 years and would stay here again due to the cleanliness! Thank you, Paula and Staff, for all your work!

Towels were huge. Room was very clean, carpet was on the older side but was clean and sufficient. Everything needed was in the kitchen. Used the fan as it was hot weather. Not in the rat race of town but easily walkable. Host gave us a map and informed us the best places to eat and sight see. Guest laundry available $4 machines. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and clean place. Stayed for 1 night. Very easy to checked in. Very close to town center and groceries. We like the tv lots of channel.

Dogs barking at 5:30 am and later!!
We woke up at 5:30 am (well, for me it is in the middle of the night) and after because the hotel dogs were barking. I don't think that dogs who bark in the night belong to the hotel/motel where guests try to sleep. Also we didn't feel ourselves too welcome to this accommodation when we arrived. Good sides were the location and the kitchen was functioning ok.

Hi there Thank you for taking the time to write a review, We are a pet friendly motel which is clearly stated, You chose to stay here, I was also alerted by the dogs barking and my security alarm going off at 5.30 as there was actually someone on the property, I was out wandering around checking the grounds to make sure your safety and property were ok. Sorry that you felt you were not to welcome unsure why as we take the time to go through a local map etc to show you where everything is maybe you chose to decline this information? If there were any issues we would have been happy to sort these at the time if we had of known.

Check-in and check-out was very easy. The reception team were excellent and very hospitable. The unit was clean, tidy and modern with all necessary conveniences. Ensuite bathroom was of a good size. Overall a delightful stay. I wholeheartedly recommend, particularly the honeymoon suite.
