"Our first room had the bath soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser laying on the sink shelf with the liquid running all over. It was supposed to be in the shower on the wall. They moved us to an upgraded room. The room was nicer and we appreciated it. The only thing was the bathroom door. It was frosted glass which was on a slide like a barn door type. I usually keep the light on in the bathroom and shut the door so we can see to use the bathroom during the night but the glass door made it too bright. I did not encounter any staff member who was not nice, courteous and helpful. They were all caring people. The Piano Bar was a lot of fun. Different entertainers and all made the night fun. I will say the food and drink are all expensive but you are in Las Vagas. I guess that is what Vagas is. Enjoy!"

"One thing I was disappointed in was the fact that I put orders in for balloons and cookie along with chocolate covered strawberries over a week before our stay to surprise my daughter for her birthday. When we got to our room nothing was set up like I ordered. I went to the front desk and asked what happened the lady didn’t have a definite answer. She said maybe it was sent too late. I asked what’s the requirement for preordering those amenities and she couldn’t tell me. When I sent the request in (9 day prior to arrival) it did not say there was a time frame. She said that she would put that request for the items and fix it. The next day we were gone to Disneyland and came back to again, no amenities. When I checked out the following day I asked again what happened? I was told there was no order under my reservation and they don’t know what happened either. They put no effort into trying to fix it or make up for not only letting me down once but twice. The best thing about our stay was the tram to and from Disneyland. It was so convenient! We never had to wait more than 10 minutes coming or going. The hotel itself could use some touch ups and upgrades. The carpet and paint are due for a makeover but as a whole we were happy with the property. It was beautifully decorated for fall/Halloween."
