"Room was great. View kind of stunk, but it was minor considering everything. Check in staff wasn't that great. I was having issues with the check in kiosk so went to the front desk and the clerk was very short and not very welcoming. I questioned the rate as I didn't realize there was a $100 hold charge and she was very snippy with me about it without fully explaining. We also dealt with a very rude shuttle driver. I went to check how long he would be there before leaving the airport and without explaining, he just told me 3 more minutes and that was it. If we weren't there in time we would have to wait. I asked for how long it would be and got a "welllllll, I have to drive to the hotel and back, so however long that takes.""

"For being a 4 star hotel, they didn't have coffee nor a microwave. I asked the front desk and they said it was for safety purposes that they didn't have microwaves in the rooms. In regards to the coffee, they said we could buy coffee in the resort."
