"When I arrived at the property me and my friend he was able to o check in in to his and I had to wait it says the check in is at 3 pm but I didn't get my room until 5:30 pm when I was trying to ask about what is going the front desk she was rude and her respond was to check with our third party considering it says clearly it was 3:00. That's what they use to avoid responsibility to what they're doing is wrong. I get to the room and I found a bunch of hair on both beds and in the bathroom so you can tell nothing actually was clean. The room smells so bad And my friend's room smelled so bad as well. You can tell they were smoking in there or something before that."

"Good value compared to other hotels on the strip. It's a bit dated, but rooms are clean and a good temperature. Has good shows on the property and a decent sized pool. Restaurants are hit or miss. Sportsbook is pretty small but gets the job done. Ventilation on casino floor could be better, smells heavy of cigarettes."
