"I recently stayed at Excalibur Hotel & Casino for four days, and the standout part of my experience was the bell desk team. Andy, the bell captain, was exceptional. He and the staff were consistently kind, courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond whenever I needed assistance and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay.
Unfortunately, the front desk experience did not match the level of service provided by the bell desk. There seems to be room for improvement in how guests are spoken to, as some interactions came across as unfriendly and lacking hospitality.
Overall, the bell desk staff helped make the stay a positive one, and Andy deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service"
