「Staff was great」

「設備、サービス、食事などすべてにおいて完璧でした。滞在中クリーニングスタッフが常にきびきび働いている姿が印象的でした。フロントも様々なリクエストに対しても常に笑顔で対応してくれて気持ち良かった。朝６時発の列車に乗るため早朝のチェックアウトを頼むと、ランチパックを用意してくれて、タクシーの手配もしてくれた。ぜひまた滞在したいと思いました。」

「It's my second stay at this hotel and I just love it. There is so much attention to design detail, with everything from quirky options of messages to leave on your door for housekeeping, to local books left in your room, in case you need a good read. Everything is in top condition, and for something rated as three-star, it has everything a much more highly rated hotel delivers, including a fully stocked mini-bar. The restaurant is good and has a nice outlook. The young staff are very polite...

「Perfect stay. Hotel looks brand new, super clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Communication in English was very smooth! Price is low for this level compared to French standards. I will drive through Lviv again in a couple of weeks I’ll probably book it for the night.」

「The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was very easy to get to from the airport. We were able to walk to Markets, a big and new Mall, and take an uber and public transportation to the city square. Very safe area where everyone we encountered was friendly towards tourists. 」

「Our friends booked the place for their wedding. We stayed overnight in the hotel on the third floor. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the grounds were well-maintained and beautifully-lush. Our only caution if you are considering this venue is that the rooms are not sound-proofed and you may need to pay for your room in cash (their card reader was down when we all checked-in). As for the area, the venue is a resort and fairly isolated, so be prepared to drive or cab anywhere else.」

「他のホテルではこれほど安く泊まることのできないような魅力的な宿泊施設です。朝食のバイキングも豊富で、何を食べようか迷ってしまいます。 一方で苦言を呈すると、インターネットの回線が弱く、音声通話等をパソコンで実施すると途切れてしまうことが多々ありました。 またいいとも悪いとも言えないのは客室にミニバーとして冷蔵庫内に飲み物やおつまみが有料でおかれていますが、そのため冷蔵庫の使用可能容量がかなり減っています。そのため冷蔵庫使用予定の方は、買い物に行く前に一度冷蔵庫の収納可能量を確認することをオススメします。」
