「Paid for an handicap accessible room was only offered a regular room yet handicap rooms went vacant during tge stay. No breakfast offered. No television available outside 3 channels. Upon checkin the bathroom had not been fully cleaned. I have spent several nights here over the last 6 years; however, overall experience keeps going downhill. 」

「The property said it included breakfast. It did not. There was a change in management and food permits were not available. I reserved 2 rooms in advance. When I arrived my room was ready but the other room was not. Long story short...2nd room's electronic entry was broken so we had to use a master key. If we used it we had to return it immediately which means every time we left we had to retrieve the key from the office. The rooms were disgusting. The floors were so dirty that I would not go...

Grounds not clean ,Pool closed and covered with tarp , people loitering in the parking lot and other people standing in the parking lot smoking Marijuana as if that is a totally acceptable thing to do in public . place did not look safe and I wasn't about to let my grandkids even get out of the car . Of course by the time I saw that this place was not what it was advertised to be , it was too late to cancel and get a refund so I just lost that money...
