「We recently visited this place and were initially impressed by the beautiful surroundings and well-manicured garden. However, our experience took a turn for the worse when we entered our room. It was stuffy, poorly lit, and had an unpleasant odor of cat urine and very strong scented cleaning products. To make matters worse, the room didn't match the photos we had seen online. We were disappointed that there was no one available to speak with about our concerns, and we couldn't request a room...

「The apartment is truly in the heart of Palermo, on the via Roma. It's an interior apartment with a few windows that face what's basically an air-well, so there is no street noise. There is a mechanical room next door, and other apartments of course, but neither is a deal breaker. The pictures are accurate. It felt very safe. The well-equipped kitchen was the best thing. 「Really lovely spacious room. Very helpful staff. Stangely there is no available iron to use on site. However the lovely housekeeper kindly ironed my dress. An iron and ironing board would be a useful addition. 」

「This was such a beautiful place to stay in. The view was phenomenal. Lisa was so cute and inviting. She answered any questions we had. The town was cute and everybody was really kind. Lisa's place was decorated in such an intentional, modern and thoughtful manner. She had snacks and water and juice for us when we got there I would definitely go back even just to recharge, I wish we would've stayed longer. 」
