Our host was incredible! he met us at the entrance to Erice. Dropped us off and the went back to park our car! He then recommended a place to eat, things to see and small villages to visit for the rest of our journey. Very comfy rooms, spacious and spotless. Will def return on my next trip to Erice.

Beautiful stay with a great location! It’s a lovely, clean hotel with 24-hour pool access, helpful staff, spacious rooms, good air conditioning, and a heated towel rack. However, the one thing I would mention is that they only have overhead showers, making it hard to shower without getting your head wet. The water isn’t powerful, and it goes all over the bathroom. Additionally, you can leave luggage, but there is no specific room; it just gets put behind the stairs, meaning other guests have access to it.

The parking app was confusing. I used the location number on the machine and used the app and still ended up with a parking ticket. Not user friendly for people that are from another country.

This is an unusual hotel located high on the mountain outside of the village core of Valderice. You will need a car to reach it and to visit the surrounding towns and sites. Be mindful of the layout of the hotel when booking your stay. Many of the rooms are difficult to access for those with mobility issues. Many, MANY steps to climb to reach the suites, which are not located in the main hotel building. You need to hike up a hill with your luggage, quite a distance from the parking lot and from the restaurant/breakfast dining room. We had booked a suite for four nights, and when we realized how much hiking and steps were involved, we asked to be put in a smaller but more accessible room, closer to the parking lot and dining room. They were able to accommodate, but no offer to refund the difference.
