The room and bathroom were large but at the top of a lot of steep stairs with no lift. The door code we received was incorrect and we were lucky someone staying there helped us with the proper code! The room does not feel secure and it is difficult to open and lock doors! There is a strange smell to our room. The location is quite good. I would not recommend this place to older visitors.

Wonderful place with new amenities and well maintained, located near the train. Our only issue was the noise, we were not able to sleep and needed to get a room elsewhere for the second night of our two night stay.

Disappointing stay. We stayed for four nights and booked three rooms for our family, including elderly parents and children. The breakfast had very limited choices, and food was refilled very slowly. The staff were not friendly or helpful. The bacon was undercooked, and when I reported it, they acted as if nothing was wrong. The ham tasted sour, and although they replaced it, the second serving was also sour. It was only two days later that the ham tasted fresh again. The swimming pool was dirty, and it did not appear to be cleaned or checked regularly. The gym had no air conditioning or even a fan, despite temperatures reaching around 40°C in July and August. There was also no drinking water provided in the gym. One night, the guest in the room next to us was extremely drunk and made loud noise until around 2:00 a.m. We complained several times, but no staff came to deal with the situation until very late. As we were travelling with elderly family members and children, this was completely unacceptable. We asked to change rooms, but the hotel refused to move us. We only got a quiet night after that guest checked out the following morning. The hotel is also in a very inconvenient location if you don’t have a car. Even if you do drive, the road leading to the hotel is narrow and feels quite dangerous. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations. Poor service, poor hygiene, and poor management made our family holiday very disappointing. I would not recommend staying
