We stayed here for a week during the Santa Rosalia festival and it was excellent. We were right in the city centre. We asked for a quiet room and found ourselves at the back of the hotel which suited us perfectly as there was zero noise. The cathedral is a 5 .invite walk up the hill as was the palace. The lift takes you to the first floor. You walk along the corridor to another lift which takes you to the rest of the floors. Quirky but loved it. Breakfast is from 7-10, it's the same selection every morning but sets you up for the day. The food in the restaurant is excellent and couldn't fault it. Would I stay here again, definitely. Already thinking about a return visit when it's a little cooler, we had 34° just about every day during our stay. The photos are the views from our room window.

I was overall a bit disappointed with my stay here and shocked that this was rated a 4* hotel. The rooms were very basic and the walls were so incredibly thin that you could hear everything. I was woken up at 7am every day by the staff in the hallway. The breakfast had little to no vegan options..they had one tray of fruit and veggies and that’s it. I could have went out for breakfast every day for cheaper if I would have known. Furthermore they asked for an exact time that I was to be at breakfast each morning which I found odd and hard to know the exact time I’d be eating each day. The gym was strangely in a sort of basement area down some stairs and required a separate key to get in that you have to ask the front desk for. The gym lacked a lot of basic equipment including mats and was very stuffy and not air conditioned well. Overall this property really fell flat for the price, huge disappointment.

All the staff were very welcoming friendly. Could not fault the breakfast at all. There were so much fresh options to choose from. The rooms were very clean and well air conditioned. The hotel restaurant was amazing. The food and cocktails were absolutely delicious. Would most definitely recommend this hotel.

Best location in the city. Staff went over and above to satisfy our needs. They arranged airport transfers at a below fair price. Room exceptional, Breakfast beyond terrific. I can’t recommend this place enough. Beyond a A+ Ask for room 4 - corner room with 2 windows.
