「The staff and the lady in the reception was very very kind. I had to cancel my reservation and she was very Professional and kind helping me figure out how. Very clean comfy room. The only thing it’s far from the downtown otherwise we loved how clean the room were and how kind the lady was :) 」

「An amazing expereince with super friendly staff. They are a newer hotel but they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. First time where I felt that the whole staff were like my friends. I asked for a late check out from 12 to 2 which they gave me and then again they allowed me to move it from 2 to 3. Would definitely recommend staying. The interior is also very beautiful. 」

「It's a nice hotel. Very new and very stylish. However, their breakfast service could have been better. The staff seemed uninterested in checking on the guests, and also forgot requests made by guests. The breakfast area was clean, comfortable and spacious. The cut fruits were delicious - amongst the best I have had in a long time. But other breakfast items were very average. Surprisingly, their in-room dining service was excellent. Their UmAli dessert is a must-try. Special shout out to Mohamed...
