I had to keep asking the reception for bath towels. They just seemed very unprofessional. Overall just bad experience. I would like my money back. I have pictures to show for proof. 」

「Loved our stay at the Platinum Seventy Jeddah. The apartment was bigger than I expected, with 2 spacious room, a big living room, a small kitchenette with the necessary cooking utensils and cutlery. The bathrooms were a bit small but functional. The reception team was very welcoming. The breakfast at Fabiano was surprisingly good, didn't expect such an offering.
