「This is the best hotel we have ever been to. It is designed, built, and operated by the owner JC Espinoza, an accomplished architect for his clients. The view is simply phenomenal overlooking volcano Masaya which had a minor eruption on Dec 22, 2024. The hotel also overlooks lake Masaya, an old volcano crater. Nicole from the bar was very nice, Luis and Wilfredo- the from desk guys, very helpful and the driver that took me to my family’s home and to the airport (I can’t remember his name) we felt very safe and if it wasn’t for him, we would not have made it to my family’s home, thank God he had knowledge of the neighborhood. I highly recommend this hotel. 」
