"One of the best days ever. My room was so big and comfortable with a beautiful view of the river. The food at the hotel restaurant was super yummy. I slept like a baby in my comfy bed. I loved the immediate access to the Riverwalk right out the hotel back door. Highly recommended."

"The fire alarm went off the night we stayed because someone was smoking in their room. They let us back in after a little bit we finally got settled into bed around 11pm and they went off again (to reset the system which would have been nice if they called the rooms to let people know it was going to go off again) Since we didn't know that my kids woke back up scared. The redeeming quality in all this experience was the Overnight manager. She was very calm and kind and settled us all down especially my son who was terrified and didn't want to stay at that point. They did end up refunding our stay without any issues."
