「I was surprised at the virtual front desk person, however they were efficient with getting us checked in and in the morning checked out.」

「Our hotel room looked nothing like the pictures online. It had original red carpet that was so worn it was bare in places. The furniture was all knicked and scratched up. The freezer wasn’t clean, had trash in it, and had ice build up. The shower smelled when you turned on the water. The carpet was dirty, they don’t move furniture and clean behind it. The white door to the outside was so dirty you could see the handprints of previous people who had stayed there and there was a crack so wide when...

「If you need somewhere to crash that has air conditioning and a shower then this will do you right. If you’re looking for a usb port to charge your phone, extra outlets, clean floors, and anything special then this is not for you. Staff was nice and overall experience fit the price point. I got exactly what I expected and have no complaints.」

「By accident, I hit the smoking room button and when I asked to change the room, he told me that it would be more for a non-smoking. The room was disgusting. It smelled worse than a dead ashtray. All my clothes smell like smoke and an ashtray my luggage now smells like an ashtray. I didn’t sleep a wink by the time I was done I felt like throwing up There were toilets sitting outside my room. There’s drug addicts and lowlife everywhere. Please do not stay there. It was awful.」

「Our room was definitely updated and clean. This motel/hotel appears to be under new management. The parking lot is full of potholes, and the breakfast room too small. The permanently manned reception kiosk is situated in the breakfast room and makes one wonder if someone is listening to your conversation. Having said all this, it is apparent that this establishment is slowly being improved. Henderson is in dire need of a decent hotel and I hope this one succeeds.」

「Staff was rude the bathroom had no shower curtain and no remote control for the television and the toilet seat was not screwed in properly and the room had no hairdryer or tissue in the dispenser box and they had no toilet paper roll support for the toilet paper roller. I will not stay there again and they should fix the pool in that place so making a place look like a dump.」

「チェックイン時、Hotels.comで予約したクレジットカード番号が違うと言われました。同サイトに登録したカードを提示したにも関わらず。。。 予約した禁煙ルームは２階でしたが、１階は喫煙ルームエリアらしく廊下にもタバコの臭いが充満していて通り抜けるだけで不快でした。なぜ喫煙ルームエリアを最上階である３階にしていないのか疑問です。 部屋は一見良さげでしたが、バスルームに置かれたタオルの上に蜘蛛が這っていました。ドライヤーホルダーがしっかり固定されていない、エアコンの音が思いのほか大きいなど気になる点がいくつかありました。 正直良い印象は残念ながら残りませんでした。」
