"The place is very convenient as it is close to airport and food areas. This is my 2nd time staying in it. Overall cleanliness is solid and maintained well. A few things I didn't like was I noticed was in my room the small single sofa had a very noticeable stained armrest upon arrival. I don't know and dont want to know what it was so it was never used. Some of the bath towels had stains on them and these were given to us by cleaning staff when we requested new ones. The ironing board was damaged it wouldn't stay open. Staff was very friendly and helpful so that was a plus. Noise levels a minimum. Will I stay again when I visit Kentucky? Absolutely."

"The KY State Resort Parks ROCK! Kenlake Lodge is well maintained, and the rooms spacious and clean. The staff are super friendly and personable. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the view of the lake is beautiful. The food is quality at super reasonable prices! The booze may not be top shelf but you aren’t paying top shelf! The pool is very nice, large, and clean. KY State Resort Park have a certain charm of simpler times. Not just the furniture, but the quality and hospitality…And, the prices! The park grounds are well-maintained. Disclaimer - I am NOT a state employee! I just appreciate a basic good time on a low budget while not sacrificing space, hospitality, or cleanliness."
