"Wonderful stay, but the restaurant was a major letdown. The accommodation, room, and reception staff were all perfect. I loved the sauna and the excellent hair dryer. A special thanks for melting the snow off the windows so I could see the clear sky—it was a beautiful touch! However, the restaurant staff were quite rude and unhelpful, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I was traveling alone and had a bit of a cold, and their cold attitude completely ruined my appetite. Despite many empty tables, I was seated right by the entrance, which felt unsettling. I highly recommend the hotel itself, but I suggest eating elsewhere. I wish I had eaten out; then I would have only had wonderful memories of this place. "

"朝食のメニューが豊富で美味しくいただきました。市街地から3km程離れているので少し不便ですが、行きは散策がてら歩いたり帰りはタクシーを使ったり移動日の空港行きはUberの予約を使いました。部屋にキッチンがあり調理器具や食器が揃っているのでスーパーで買った食材で簡単な夕食を作ったりと楽しく過ごしました。お部屋のサウナも快適でした。ただ(海外あるあるですが)シャワーに仕切りがなくビチョビチョになるのが慣れなくて困りました。"
