「This is a great place to stay! Very clean and has everything you will need! Best bang for your buck by far! This is the 3rd property I've stayed at in Kingman with this host and every time, the process has be so easy. They are great to work with. Communication is great. The location is perfect!! The neighborhood is quiet and it's between 2 main exits so anything you need is not far. I highly recommend and will continue to use this host when I'm in Kingman.」

「The Desert Owl is very nice little house. All the little touches that make a house a home. Kitchen is well stocked. It slept a family of 7 comfortably. I am told even the futons we comfortable. 「We were traveling through so cannot speak much about the place other then everything was smooth and clean and worked out well. Daughter plays piano so that was a treat.」

「Single female traveler with a doggo; this rental was perfect for my 9-day stay in Kingman. The duplex was sparkling clean and had all the amenities of home. I felt safe and comfortable in the unit and walking around the neighborhood. The mattress and bedding were a stand-out; soft, cozy, and more elevated than what I've experienced in other rentals. Communication with the host was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.」

「Clean, well-appointed and close to Kingman downtown」

「Great stay! Beds were super comfortable!」

「If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The place was perfect for our needs. Felicia is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. She is also very nice and understanding. I highly recommend this property!」

「Such a fun little spot in the heart of historic Route 66 area of Kingman. Plenty of room in the house and lots of parking in front and back. Within walking distance of a lot of little shops, bars, restaurants and attractions, and a short drive over the hill to the NE part of town. The area felt safe, even after dark, walking a couple of blocks to eat. The house itself was very clean and had everything you could need to stay for a day or a week. Also, plenty of extra linens for whomever gets the...
