「The people who work there were friendly and helpful! The condo and the entire Dunes property was immaculate! The pool sparkling and the cleanest grill ever!! There are activities set out in the lobby. It is where we always stay when in the area!!」

「This property is excellent! Even better than the photos. Our only hiccup was that the door code wasn’t sent and we had to message the host. They got right back to us. This was not our first choice, we had booked a less expensive property, but was canceled on just two days before because the air conditioner went out VRBO Cares helped us find this property in the same community. Location and amenities drew us to this property. The linens were exceptional, I want those sheets for my bed! Also...

「Went to stay here they couldn’t find my reservation then told me Expedia」

「Great place! Good location and it was quiet in the area. The apartment was nice and super comfortable, we would def stay again!」

「This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay for a quick Havasu get away. The condo was easy to access, clean, great location, and there were nice touches to the place. We appreciated the chargers, sound machine, Keurig, and kitchen utensils and dishes. Everything was in good working order, and there were plenty of towels, and paper accessories. We also appreciated having access to the RV/boat parking area. It made it much easier for us to prepare for our days on the water. Thank you for...

「Teri's Cozy Condo was exactly that. Super clean, comfy bed with great pillows, everything you need is there for you to use.Location is quiet, complex is clean and safe. 5 minute drive to the beach, grocery store is 3 minutes away.I will definitely stay here again next time I plan on going to Lake Havasu」

「Amazing location! Host was great and kept in touch. Would highly recommend!」

「We enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of issues that the host was very helpful in trying to resolve (ie: the WIFI was down and she contacted the provider and got it running but it took a couple of days and the microwave did not work). The beds were very comfortable. The only suggestions I would make is that she add a coffee table or something to the living room and a bedside table in the bedrooms, There was nothing to set your phone, coffee, etc. on.Also the listing should specify that it is...

「The interior and exterior of the house could have been cleaner. It looks like they didn't move anything while cleaning. We found toys under the ottoman and bugs on the floors. Our feet were black from the tile floors. The outside furniture was too dirty to sit on. The back yard was safe and secure for our dog. There were plenty of garbage bags, tp, and cleaning supplies but we were short paper towels and there was only one bath towel in the main bathroom and no bath mat.The host was great with...

「I highly recommend this condo. It was very private, but close to shopping & the river. Great place for families as the building is very secured.」
