「The air conditioner was not working in our room. It was very warm, and difficult to sleep. The hallways were cool, but many people complained about the lack of the AC in the rooms. You couldn't control the tempurature in your room with your thermostat. Will likely not stay there again.」

「The owners communicated with us very effectively. The suite is comfortable for five people, although one of the beds is sleeping on the couch. However, I thought the couch was quite comfortable. This is a great suite for a short day when all you need is a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Very conveniently located close to West Edmonton Mall. I would stay here again.」

「Would not call the pool a waterpark. You get 5-6 kids or adults in the pool and it’s packed. Hard to enjoy the waterslide when you have to worry about getting hit at the bottom if you’re swimming or worry about hitting someone when you go down the slide.」

「We checked in and was not really informed about which card on the account was being charged, we thought it was through the Marriot’s reward account but apparently they charged it on the expedia account which is not what we originally want. She never stated which one she charged or even asked us what card we want to use. 「Room was clean and comfy. It was a quiet hotel and I did not notice road noise in the night. Breakfast was adequate for a continental meal. Staff were helpful. Walking distance to Mayfield theatre which was great!」

「This was a great hotel and we will be back for sure, great location for shopping as it was close to business costco, Home Depot all that we needed. Great Breakfast and staff we will definitely stay here again, room was large and luxurious, big parking lot as we had a trailer and we had no problem finding it, parking and were super happy with this stay.」
