「the pool and the hot tub are closed for renovation. 」

「The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. Love the decor. And the staff is so helpful.」

「It’s old but room is very clean. Clean shower room, toilets with good amenities and clean bed. It’s also located in very convenient place so you can walk to the center of the city in few minutes. We stayed at the room that’s closest to the main street. At night, we heard people on the street talking and there was some construction noise from outside in the early morning around 4:00am -5:00am.」

「I have stayed here multiple times and always enjoyed it. This time we were put in a noisy end room with lots of traffic noise right outside our window. Staff seemed to need training and rooms, especially the carpet felt dirty.」

「The staff is very welcoming. The room was very nice. Parking lot was closed the time we went due to road construction was a little inconvenient, but the staff made it accommodating. Very close to downtown Jackson only six minute drive.」

「We visited this hotel to enjoy Yellow Stone/Grand Teton NP. The employees were very friendly and kind. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate are available everytime. They also provided us free handmade chocolate cookies every night with cold milk. Our room was spacious, clean and tidy. Location was also nice; in 5 minutes drive there are many restaurants, dollar-tree, rental car subsidiary. Just awesome. Thank you for you kind staffs and hope to stay there again if have a chance to visit there.」
