"Lovely boutique hotel that is convenient for West Quay shopping centre and the city centre as a whole. Comfortable and cosy deluxe rooms, friendly service, delicious breakfast and the dinner options looked great too. There are ten rooms so see if you can book one of the back five rooms not overlooking the main road to avoid any traffic noise. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Good value for money, it maybe dated but the bed was very comfy, very clean and staff very welcoming. Luft out of service at the mo, so best suited if you are mobile or check with hotel first. Great location in centre of town, 20 min walk from railway station. "

"Pleasant rooms / toilet and bath most satisfactory . A big, comfortable kitchen for cooking or just having a snack. Everything was very clean. Also a small garden with some chairs (perhaps a couple more would be good.) Also offered an upgrade so that we (3 sisters) did not need to use the couch. "

"Was warmly welcomed by the owner, Kara, after I debarked from Royal Caribbean and walked from City cruise terminal. She let me leave my luggage and return to check in. There was no lift, but her husband was kind to bring my bag up to my room before I returned. Room was comfortable and a continental breakfast was included. Stayed two nights before getting on my next cruise. Will stay again! "

"The house was spotless and clean you have a front room if you don’t want to sit in your room and a kitchen to cook your own food and washing machine and tumble dryer this was all noticed before I got to my room which was again spotless and warm exactly what you want after being outside the staff are super friendly and are willing to help with anything they can "
