It had everything you needed inside. Small kitchen area if you have a longer stay. It’s a small town so there were multiple places to dine in near by.

Holiday Motel is a good location when visiting Yellowstone National Park (lower loop). Although smaller than we’re used to, our kitchenette room was nice a clean with an amazingly comfortable bed!! Parking right outside our room was very convenient!

Mins from Yellowstone Park entrance. Right there by downtown. The room had a comfortable bed. Loved the old wood look. We would stay again if back in area.

This property was fine, very comfortable, and walking distance from a great breakfast restaurant. My only complaint was the difficulty in getting hot water for a shower.

If you’re looking for a fancy hotel, this might not be the right one. However, the hotel was very spacious, well-maintained, and had nice amenities. The owners were so nice and returned my call promptly. There’s also a nice café just a one-minute walk away.

Very cute, clean and comfortable room. However, the toilet didn't flush and we ran out of toilet paper in the morning. We stayed 3 nights and we had to go get more toilet paper. They didn't clean the room which is fine but you need to stock us up. Easily could have been a 5 star rating.

気になった点 : スタッフとサービス
Staff was not at the front desk (even though they said open until 9, we arrived at 8:45 and they were not present). The email they sent 24 hours before was very clear, and they had a system established to pick up keys and drop off everything, which made check in and out easy.

The room was clean and checking in was easy. It didn't apply to us, but they would have been accommodating with a late arrival. It was nicely located just outside the main area of West Yellowstone so it was quieter. Staff was friendly, parking right outside out room.

Nice and clean. Nothing fancy but very adequate. We didn’t spend much time in the room, so just fine for us. Office only opens at 4 pm, so that’s not super convenient if you need something, but they were responsive to text. They did communicate well before we arrived.
