Lake Keowee waterfront Escape!

The Beulah House: a lake Keowee waterfront escape. 20 minutes to downtown Clemson, SC. This home has everything you need for a lake escape year round. With big lake views, indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, hot tub, flat yard with a variety of yard games, and a dock with lake views and tons of water toys; you can’t go wrong with this lake house dream!

Lake temperature is swimmable from April until mid to late October but this home is great year round! Just minutes from Clemson University this home is the perfect place for those Fall football games, winter basketball games and spring baseball!

Boat rentals are available on the lake or bring your own. If you bring your own then you can launch it at the South Cove County Park about ten minutes away. Boats can be tied up to the side of the dock as there are NO available boat slips on the dock.

Main floor includes one master suite with a king bed, living room, kitchen, laundry room, and the hall full bath that leads into the bunk room which has two sets of twin over full bunks. The main level also includes a covered porch as well as an uncovered porch with access to gas grill.

The lower level includes two separate king bedroom suites, an additional living room, kitchenette and wet bar, ping pong and shuffle board. The lower level also has a porch and access to the hot tub.

A short path down to the lake with access to the two slip dock. Sit by the fire pit, play in the flat yard, enjoy kayaks or paddle boards! ***Golf cart rental is available upon request: for an additional cost and on property use (down to the dock) only ***

This home has everything you need for a perfect lake escape!

Absolutely perfect!! Home was clean, spacious, view was incredible. Great location on lake and close to Clemson. Space for everyone inside and out. An extra refrigerator would be a great addition but not a must. Spacious bedrooms and large bathrooms. Loved the decor and boat dock was a great area to hang out with a table and chairs. The view from fire pit was relaxing and grass area for games would be great for all ages. Definitely recommend this home.

This home is very well appointed with comfortable furnishings to the kitchen setup. We had everything we needed for our stay and Paige the owner was very responsive to my questions. If there is a downside to the house, it’s the driveway for me. It’s extremely steep and just a little intimidating driving down it. Not a lot of parking either so prepare for this if you are bringing a large crowd. This isn’t a real “negative” but just something to think about.

Wonderful home! A construction. Really pretty place with all the accouterments. Fantastic place to gather family and friends. Spacious and well laid out architecture. Great kitchen and dining area that flows well into the outdoor seating deck area, which also has dining should you want to dine outside. We opened the sliding doors a lot and had no issues with any bugs. Paved walkway down to the boathouse, dock, and lake was really nice with fire pit & great and well kept landscaping along the way. Extremely accommodating and responsive hosts. Safe, beautiful family neighborhood where all homes seem to be new construction and beautiful. Super clean Jacuzzi. Really peaceful location where you can hear the fish stirring up the lake water. Easy to get in and out of the lake for a swim.

Fabulous Family Time

With 4 married children & families, this home was ideal providing separate space for sleeping & the family room & recreation area offered plenty of for activities (tv watching, gaming etc).The firepit was a favorite gathering area outdoors.

The house was great. Clean and well appointed. Great views of the lake. Owners were quick to reply to any communication from us. Loved our week there and will book again if we decide to visit again!

Amazing property great hosts

We stayed here with my brother's family and some family friends. The three suites worked great for the parents and the bunk rooms were great for the kids. Any time we sent a question to Paige we would have an answer within minutes. Thanks for being great hosts and for letting us use your property for a great family trip.

A great family Thanksgiving weekend

Excellent house in a very quiet area, spacious, clean with many amenities. I would give it a 9.9 rating overall as my only complaint would be to have 2 refrigerators/ovens for maximum occupancy. Hard terrain in the backyard for the older population. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a get together

This was my daughter wedding event, we can't be more happy about our stayed. we asked for an early checking and they were more than happy to help us. They are pet friendly, which is A+ for people like us that need to travel with ours fury babies. Great experience! we'll stay again next year.

Perfect location with an absolutely beautiful house. Definitely the best amenities of any VRBO I have ever stayed in. It was fully stocked. I think the house exceeds the listing. Great floor plan for big group especially with kids and friends.

The house was amazing, an open floor plan with tons of seating, a kitchen that lacked for nothing, and a view that you could look at forever! The house was spotless and so clean. Every bedroom and bathroom were clean and fully furnished so that you just had to drop off your bags and enjoy! The dock was amazing with kayaks and a floating mat. we were able to tie our boat to the dock as well. There is nice seating with a table and chairs at the dock and cots to enjoy the sun! If you get tired of the water, you could enjoy the hot tub! We had a total of 10 people with us and could have easily had more and fit comfortably. We also loved the ping pong table, card table and a shuffleboard table. Lots of fun and we all were able to spend time down there with plenty of room! I had several questions and chatted with the host several times. She was super kind, answered quickly and always helped us out. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience this was for our family! thank you boat family for making this possible! we will definitely be back!!

Great Family Weekend

We had a great stay over the weekend with the family. There were 4 families, so it was really nice to have seperate spaces and larger common areas. House was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of room and the amenities listed (grille, hot tub, etc.) were in good working order. The room with queen beds was a nice recent addition and was perfect for teens. Overall, we had a great stay and communicating with the owner was spectacular. Very accommodating and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Extended Family Trip

We vacation every summer with our extended family and mostly try to find lakefront houses to accommodate our crew which consists of adults and children of all ages. This house exceeded our expectations by far and is the nicest house we’ve ever stayed at! We swam in the lake right off the dock and baited every day. The hot tub and fire pit were nice touches, and the kids loved playing ball in the back yard. We would return any time we are back in the area!

Clemson football weekend

Property was as pictured and described. Beautiful location, wonderful house. Paige responded quickly and was very accommodating!! We all wished we had more time to enjoy the lake and everything offered in the house. Thank you for making it a great weekend.

New Years lakeside getaway

I don’t think you could ask for more! We found this location as a meeting point for my family coming in from Seattle, Denver, Toronto, Orlando, and Atlanta to spend New Years together and to get away from the cold. Arriving at this location you’re greeted to an amazing view and a just about anything you may need for your stay. There are more than an ample amount of beds and bathrooms, and we were super comfortable. We did not run out of things to do on property, and being able to use the kayaks was probably one of the cooler things we could have done, especially since we have a special needs teenager that was able to Kayak for his first time! We would gladly come back and recommend this place and are super appreciative of the hosts for their help with our stay and understanding.

Graduation weekend

We recently stayed at this property for my daughter’s Clemson graduation. There are no words for how much we enjoyed the stay. The hostess is excellent - clear and rapid communication. The property is gorgeous, clean and comfortable. When not attending activities on campus, we made full use of the lake (kayaks, paddle boards, swimming), games in the basement, and beautiful back porch. The bedrooms are designed exceptionally well to allow room for large groups to be completely comfortable. The only thing I would change would be to book the property for a longer amount of time in the future!

Great house!

This is a nice house in a great location. We had a group of adult friends with 4 kids age 6months to 3.5years for an extended Labor Day weekend. There are pack n plays and a high chair which was nice to reduce packing. Location on the lake was good for floating and not too far from stores or Clemson. The walk to the lake was a little steeper than expected, I suspect the owner has a golf cart and would consider renting one if I stayed again. The back deck has no external access which was great for the young kids and dog to not get out to the lake. It was stocked well with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, soaps and cleaners (except I did go buy refills for the swiffer wet jet). Would highly recommend.this house for anyone with a group of 10+ people.Would be great in the winter to utilize the hot tub more.

Amazing Stay - Beautiful Property - Football weekend at Clemson

Spent an amazing weekend at the lake - 30 minutes (10 miles) from Clemson, but worked out perfectly to enjoy our tailgate at Clemson and as well making great memories at the lake throughout the rest of the weekend. House was well appointed, had many accommodations and games for the teenagers and adults. Kayaks were great - teens even went swimming in the lake (late September) !! The house is in excellent shape and new. The lake was calm, quiet and absolutely refreshing. The walk to the lake could be a little steep for some. A great way to wake in the am with spectacular views and sitting on back patio with fire having wine with friends. Truly a property I would book again (next time I would actually book 4++ days so we can enjoy a full day at Campus and then our students can enjoy some relaxing family time at this beautiful property). Property owners were amazing - great communication and easy directions to the property.

The Wow Factor

The moment we walked into the front door we were immediately hit with "The Wow Factor." This property has it all: Beautiful view of Lake Keowee, open floor plan, plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms: EVERYTHING. The housekeepers had this home smelling fresh and was spotless too! We reserved this home for a family gathering of ourselves, our children and grandchildren and were very comfortable. We never felt as though we were on top of each other at all. The outside sitting area with fire pit gave us a great time to gather in the afternoons/evenings to laugh, joke and tell stories. The bed swing was a VERY popular lounging spot! There was plenty to do for everyone, from floating on the big "Lilypad" in the lake, to fishing, ping pong and more! We even enjoyed our morning walks throughout the neighborhood with lake views all around and a few hills to challenge us! This home is very well decorated and has all the kitchen appliances and utensils you could need. It was great to have a full bathroom dedicated to each of the four (4) bedrooms, too! We found the location very conveniently located to Seneca and surrounding areas. We'll definitely keep this property on the list for future visits.
