"The Contessa is the value of a Holiday Inn with the cost of an Intercontinental property. This is an old hotel with a small pool crammed onto the rooftop. You don't get a walk in shower like the photos show here on Orbitz and my wife didn't have hot water for her shower this morning, either. If you are a basketball hooligan that wants to get drunk and make a lot of noise, this is your place! But if you're a normal human looking to enjoy the Riverwalk, go over to the Hilton instead. The Ambler restaurant, however, had excellent food and exellent servers - they should move to a good hotel."
