We recently spent 6 nights here. The check in process was smooth and the room was just as described. There was plenty of space for 3 adults. We enjoyed the air conditioning, the kitchenette, and close location to the tube. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location for visiting the Natural History Museum and the Kensington area.
Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room a good size, very clean, air conditioning, toiletries, tea, coffee, biscuits and bottles water.
Window blinds didn't really cover the full window hence only 4 stars instead of 5 but maybe I'm being a bit picky.
Would stay again.

What a great place to stay in London!
The location is fantastic (2 mins walk to the Tube) with plenty of shops nearby as well.
The staff were all amazing and our room had everything you could possibly need.
We would definitely stay here again when next in London.
