Spotless rooms and very professional and helpful reception staff! Great location for easy access to German Village, And downtown and Columbus! Max the manager was exceptionally helpful

It served the purpose i needed for which was post surgery, stayed for 10 days so i could walk laps during winter in ohio anytime inside. Hotel was ok, not amazing not terrible. Staff was great, no free lobby coffee except starbuck for $6, parking $10 per day, and no smart tvs was very disappointing ,

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency downtown Cincinnati for the weekend (Bears v Bengals gm). Excellent stay and conveniently located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. I would definitely stay at the property again. Parking across the street at a few was easy OR you can choose vallet. Breakfast (included in our stay) was nice and had variety. With the exception of check-in everything was very smooth. The lady at the check in desk seemed razzled and was critical of an Indian Wedding taking place. I don't know why, but she (older white female) was a little impatient.

The room was extremely clean. We traveled with a small dog & the fee was reasonable.
