The Space:
The Glenn House Vacation Home is a spacious, renovated and refurbished 3 bedroom/2 bathroom vacation home with a pool. The house also has an office/den with a sofa bed that can be opened to a double size bed if a 4th bedroom is needed. The interiors are upscale, light and airy with a relaxed ambience. The main dining room area opens to a sunny patio facing the pool. The primary bedroom, with a king bed, features an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom features 2 twin beds. This property also features an expansive, covered outdoor living space facing the pool.
This fully equipped vacation home (for self catering) is located in the sought-after South of Southern (SoSo) upscale neighborhood of West Palm Beach, near to the Intracoastal Waterway and South Flagler Drive. PBI Palm Beach Airport, The Brightline and the TriRail train stations, downtown West Palm Beach and the beaches of Palm Beach Island are within a 10 minutes driving distance. Antique Row and the hip restaurants of the buzzing South Dixie Corridor are within 5 minutes driving distance.

This home is not pet-friendly. No animals of any kind are permitted as owners are highly allergic to all types of animal dander.
Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.
Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.
