THE SPACE

Relax in the fabulous outdoor oasis, that features a large swimming pool with an in-pool lounge area and a beautiful latticed patio with lighting and an outdoor living room and dining table. Grill for your group and enjoy dinner outside under the illuminated latticed patio. Layout on one of the chaise lounges and soak up the rays for your perfect tan. You won't even want to go back inside! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal.

You are minutes from top Palm Beach attractions such as The Beach, Downtown West Palm and Downtown Palm Beach, The Breakers, Palm Beach International Airport, Palm Beach Zoo, Aquarium, Robust Nightlife, tons of Golf Courses, and so much more! Essentials such as coffee shops, famous restaurants, grocery stores, are minutes away. Enjoy golf cart and bike rentals nearby. Book a yachting day for a special occasion. Go deep sea fishing. You want it, we got it!

Pet Policy:
-- Dogs under 20 lbs each are allowed, with a maximum of two per stay.
-- Written approval and a $250 fee per pet are required. After every pet stay, the home is professionally steam cleaned to remove dander and keep the space as hypoallergenic as possible for future guests.
-- Unauthorized pets may result in removal without refund and fines up to $1,500.
-- Service animals, providing essential support to their owners, are exempt from this policy. They must remain with their owners at all times. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals.
-- Unfortunately, cats are not permitted due to severe guest allergies.

Check-in and Check-out:
-- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
-- Guests receive a unique security code for keyless entry upon arrival, ensuring convenient access for all members of the party.
-- Simple check-out instructions are provided upon arrival, and a rental contract is emailed for electronic signature before check-in.
-- A credit card and matching photo ID are required upon check-in for identity verification and to cover any incidentals, as we do not charge a security deposit.
-- Guests booking through third-party websites must submit a copy of their photo ID, email address, and credit card after booking. Minimum age for booking is 21, and pets require advance permission and applicable fees.

Additional Information:
-- Outdoor security cameras are in place for liability purposes.
-- Pool heating is optional at $125 per night and recommended from October 15th to April 31st for comfortable swimming. Three days’ advance notice is required.
-- Pool heating must be booked for the entire stay and cannot be turned on and off daily.
-- Police intervention for any complaints may result in immediate eviction without refund.
-- Pets must be approved in advance, limited to two small dogs.
-- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and vaping is prohibited inside the house.
-- Events with non-house guests are not permitted.
-- Concierge services are provided by third-party vendors and are not affiliated with the property owner. Guests agree to release the property owner from any claims related to third-party activities.

Your reservation is covered for up to $5,000 in accidental damages. Let's face it... kids make messes and accidents happen. So rather than having you provide an extra deposit, we ensure you are covered with up to $5,000 in coverage for a flat fee of $119. You will see this amount added to the reservation.
