Guests have full access to the home, fenced yard, pool, jacuzzi, patio, and all amenities. Check-in is fully contactless via smart lock. Instructions sent at 6 AM on the day of arrival.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with plush bedding, Smart TVs, and ample closet space. The primary suite features a king bed and private bath, while the other rooms offer a queen and two full beds. Two modern bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, and plush towels.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream—fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, filtered water dispenser, gas stove, microwave, wine glasses, and more. A dining table for 6 plus a breakfast bar for 3 make mealtimes easy and stylish.

• Exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance and in the patio/pool area for the safety and security of our guests and property. No interior cameras are present.
•To ensure a peaceful stay for our guests and respect our neighbors, this home is equipped with a smart noise monitoring device (Minut) that measures sound levels (decibels) and occupancy without recording any audio or video.
• $1000 damage fee applies to pool table or lost heater remote
• $75–$300 pet sanitation fee (max 2 dogs, under 45 lbs)
• Washer & dryer w/ detergent provided
• Grill propane fee: $40 (request in advance)
• Pool Heating Fee - A $10/day fee applies if you would like the pool heater turned on. Please let us know the night before your check-in so we can arrange for our team to have it ready prior to your arrival.

Pool & Pool Heating Policy

• The pool is included as a standard amenity.
• Pool heating is NOT included in the reservation and is considered an optional add-on service.
• Pool heating fee: $10 per day.
• Advance notice is required (at least the night before check-in).
• The heater typically takes 24–30 hours to warm the pool.

– During colder weather (around 70°F or below), the heater may not reach high temperatures. Water temperature depends on outdoor conditions.
– Because pool heating is an optional paid add-on and not a standard amenity, availability and performance may vary based on weather conditions.

Lost & Found Policy:
Please double-check the property before checkout to ensure you have all of your belongings. While we are not responsible for items left behind, we will do our best to assist with locating and returning found items when possible.
Guests are responsible for arranging and covering all shipping or pickup costs. Priority assistance is given to essential items such as passports, IDs, wallets, keys, medications, phones, laptops, and other valuable electronics.
Found items may be held for up to 14 days, subject to storage availability. Unclaimed items may be donated or discarded after this period. Please note that we cannot guarantee the recovery or return of lost items.
