Hot tub was broken and seems to have been for awhile, obviously this is an important feature to be missing. Some of the extras like chairs and umbrellas are not in great condition, although they were nice to have. The breakfast offerings were fine although I wouldn't call it a bed and breakfast. The kitchen was nice and the bathrooms and showers were good. Our room, the Hibiscus suite, was very nice with a comfy bed and pillows and a mini fridge. The major drawback of the suite is a bathroom isn't very close for use in middle of the night. Overall it's a nice place to stay, a solid 4 stars, but given the lack of a major feature, a hot tub, it lost another star.

Nice and relaxing experience. We just stayed here for 7 nights and our kids and our family enjoyed the pool multiple times with rarely any disturbance by other guests or residents. Our condo was well appointed, clean, well stocked with the basics for our stay. No a/c but it was not needed, open doors and windows and the ocean breeze is more than enough. The ceiling fans are mighty and they make air circulate well. All appliances, dinner and cooking ware were basically unused. The beach only a few steps from the property. Great beach, perfect for a morning walk/run or meditating and relaxing. The views 3rd floor condo. Will definitely consider this property again when we return to Maui.

The property was conveniently located near the airport, and the renovated room was nice. We parked in one of their parking lots and the rear spare tire of our Jeep Wrangler was stolen along with 3 other jeeps tires the same night. Staff said they had no surveillance and tried to say it didn’t happen on their property. It’s not a safe area for parking. I requested room cleaning in advance as was required and did not receive any cleaning at all, when I mentioned it to the staff offered a “sorry.” Would not stay here again.

The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows because all of the screen were either not there, or bent and it let in mosquitos. That was the biggest hang up to making this trip 5 stars.

Great and friendly staff. Very convenient to the many food trucks and Costco. Pool area was great and cocktails were very nice.
