ウェスト メイン ヒル ホテル

「Very nice place with friendly staff. Even though its right downtown the parking was right across the street from the hotel which was very convenient.」

「awesome stay at a great location, friendly helpful staff, easy parking, convenient to restaurants and everything else」

「Stepping into the Kalamazoo House felt like being transported back in time. The breakfast, prepared by a culinary chef, was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A truly wonderful stay!」

「Beds comfortable, room quiet and great black out curtains. Nice staff!」

「清潔なホテルで、良かったです。」

「I would have given 5 stars but when we entered our room there was water on the tile floor. We determined that it was coming from the refrigerator. I reported that to the front desk and was given old towels to mop the water up with and then was told to turn the refrigerator temp colder. We discovered the refrig had been turned off and that the water came from the freezer part defrosting. I feel that this scenario was odd and that we shouldn't have been expected to mop up the water ourselves. ...

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, but your typical hotel continental breakfast. They had a good, fall spiced cider in the lobby and complimentary cookies were available at the front desk. The hot tub was clean and comfortable to use, but the towels in the pool area are tiny and you can't take them out of the pool area. Room was very spacious. Parking was easy and plentiful. We would stay here again.」

「It’s was very clean &beautiful place to be appreciated 🙏」

「👍」

「The room was clean for most part. Floor little dirty. The window was wide open with no screen when we arrived. Bed was made with only a sheet. No blanket or comforter. No bath towels in room. We did have had towel and wash cloth. No tissues. Remote worked part of the time. We were able to take our dog. The breakfast lady was super nice and the food had a pretty good selection. It has potential but I would not stay again.」
