The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and had a great variety, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service—everyone went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. "Everything was good other than front desk girl heating up food & setting a microwave on fire at 3am setting of fire alarms and disrupting everyone in hotel to go outside and wait for fire trucks to arrive. That's a first for me and hopefully the last. I'm glad it was nothing serious but scary all the same to be woke up in the dark by blaring fire alarms. "
