Paid for king suite, manager Andre called day of check in and informed me I could not get suite. He gave me king room with no view, said he could not refund difference but would comp a meal at restaurant. Never got meal. Nice hotel, service leaves a lot to be desired.

Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis at the Arch
It was really nice, but i didn't get to use my free drink card the whole three days I was there. The bar is only open from 5:30 to 7pm which is crazy by itself, but combine that with the fact you have to their kickback dinner in that time as well..just not enough time.
