Love coming here very clean just bathtubs need to be remodeled, very rusty and just need to be done better, also coffee was not hot at 9am and only cereal for breakfast other then that we love coming back and will always give 5 stars

Besides there not really being a breakfast selection besides cereal and a little rust on the tub and some dirty floor panels, everything was very nice and we had a very comfortable stay, nice and quiet area and the front desk guy I think his name was David not sure though but he was amazing, bed was very comfy, and air was amazing, we will be back soon

All-in, it was about $60/ night, and at that price point it was a solid value. The people were very friendly, and the room was clean. It could be a little better maintained, and the water could be warmer. For a night or 2, I would go back.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. There was some rusting in the bathtub and the fixtures were a little old. The water was warm but didn’t get as hot as we like it to be in the shower. The people were very friendly and polite. It was a good place to stay for the price.

When arrived the room especially the bathroom was not clean. There was some bm on wall and side of tub. Room dirty. Beds were unlevel with head of bed going lower so blood run to to your head. Had person come clean and level bed. No coffee unless you went to office 6a-9a. Not putting towels out. Five years I came and loved it. I learned it was sold new owner. I came for cheaper price. Next time I will go to La Quinta again and pay double to have clean and supplied so relaxing can happen with coffee in room

Cereal and muffins were about it. Coffee was good and they had decaf too. Very clean room a d friendly staff. Small town motel with small town friendliness and service. It looked older from the outside but inside was newer a d very clean. I was really happy I chose Western Inn.

Everything was great. I always stay there when i go to West Columbia. Staff is always friendly and willing to help you. Rooms are always clean.

Check in was quick, receptionist was very nice. Hotel rooms were upgraded and remodeled. Modern and very clean. I was in room 103 next to the office. I stayed 3 days and the room was cleaned every day thoroughly with clean towels etc, Owner/ manager was outside and asked me if everything was good with the room. Really made me feel welcome. Good location. Sonic, Jack in the Box right across the street. HEB grocery and Buc Ee’s is down the Really nice and safe area. I would stay there again.

Excellent staff. Very clean updated rooms. Breakfast was minimal, but that was fine with me - so good. The only issue was there was no closet or clothes rack. But we'll worth the money. I would stay there again any time.
