"The bathroom set up is very tight and difficult to navigate getting in and closing the door. Upon check in I asked for new towels and the trash to be emptied the next day. I was staying Sunday to Tuesday as my husband was having surgery in Boston. No one ever brought new towels or emptied the trash. ..."
