"Very clean, comfy bed, the only downside was the shower wasn't as warm as I would have liked, that was my only gripe. Would definitely consider going back should I ever find myself in Roosendaal again. "

"Spent more than I normally would to upgrade to an Executive Room and definitely didn’t regret it. There was a massive amount of space and it was great to have a bath as well as a shower. Also really helpful to have a UK socket as well as a USB (I’d seen other reviews saying there were only European sockets - there were plenty of those too!)
The highlight of the room was definitely the stunning view over Rotterdam. It was great to just sit and watch as the city woke up. The hotel is also very convenient and is right next to the metro line going to the beach at Hoek van Holland. Short walk to central station.
Also really liked the option of self service check in and out. "
"We stayed at The James for 5 nights and it was fantastic. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, we stayed in a family room which was very spacious. The little market area for drinks, snacks and breakfast was very convenient.
All the staff we encountered were very friendly and the whole family really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely return!"

I chose this property because it is right across the street from the Holland America cruise terminal. But i would book this again even if we weren't going on a cruise. It's that good!"
