You won't get a better location. Front desk staff are lovely. Rooms are spacious and beds really comfortable. Fantastic little hotel!

Positives - check in was easy, room is large, location is great. Negatives - the room was dirty. Lots of hair in the bathroom, dirty kitchen door, old socks left on a shelf from previous occupant. Unfortunately I’m staying there again tomorrow as my rate is non cancellable.

Very good room, good quality, well maintained, clean but too noisy. Was a hot Friday night so a lot of people in the streets. I was o the top floor and was difficult to sleep, I imagine that during winter time this is a perfect stay.

This hotel is at the doorstep of the train station. Literally in the mall across the street. Go in, reception is on the third floor. The reception staff are very accommodating and friendly. Although the room is small it is adequate. I’ve never seen a mall as huge as this. Oh, and you will be close to the old part of the city.

Managed rooms rather than a hotel. No front desk staff, only breakfast staff (1). Check in is via a hologram. Superb location and very big rooms though I found them too dark. Rooms have great view of church and square. Courtyard/passage furniture was filthy. No cycle parking though excellent public garage 3 mins walk away.

Lovely. Charming.

Lovely boutique hotel right in the centre of town. Great accommodation. Great staff. Fantastic room. Note: Taxis can’t drive straight up to the hotel door as it is in a pedestrianized part of town - which means it’s quiet. You will have to walk about 150m over a cobbled street. Just something to consider if you have mobility issues and/or large suitcases. But well worth it.

Room was nice although fixtures show signs of wear and tear - chips in paintwork, scratches on the floor. Gas fire place was a lovely feature. The chair provided at the desk was unsuitable and too low for working adequately. Lack of electric sockets next to bed for phone charger

Charming

This is such a charming hotel in a great location with terrific staff. I highly recommend it. There are a few areas that show some wear but the cozy charm makes up for that. The elevator is a little tricky though. So I wouldn’t recommend it for someone with mobility issues.

As shared with virtual staff during checkin and checkout the price quality ratio is no longer balanced. Front door misses a hinge, access pathway strewn with dirt, empty beer bottles, and building and demolition material. No frontoffice staff on site. All goes via video call. Only elevator out of order. Room needs maintenance badly.

Qua omgeving zit je mooi aan het plein en direct in de drukte. Tevens ook direct naast en kerk dat vanaf 07.00uur begint met luiden. Inchecken is onpersoonlijk dmv een scherm. Ziet er mooi uit maar kwalitatief ondermaats.

Hotel is op een mooie plek in het centrum. Kamers hebben wel wat achterstallig onderhoud. Kamers waren echt niet schoon. Handdoeken met haren van andere mensen, wastafel vol met haar van iemand die zich had geschoren. Dus dat wat niet heel erg fris.

Wat een slecht verblijf! Prijs/ kwaliteit staat absoluut niet in verhouding. Goed om te weten: er is geen personeel aanwezig. Bij het inchecken moet je alles zelf uitvogelen. Dat begint al met een intercom waar je niet bepaald een warm welkom krijgt en daarna sta je “opgesloten” in een ruimte bij een scherm en belt iemand in gebrekkig Engels om je te laten betalen. Dit duurde bij mij erg lang, was onprettig en voelde als vrouw alleen zelfs wat onveilig. Bovendien misten er ook allerlei instructies over bijvoorbeeld het tijdstip van het ontbijt. In de kamer ligt ook nergens info, waardoor ik te laat was (het ontbijtbuffet sluit blijkbaar al een uur voor de uitchecktijd…..?). Daarnaast is de kamer allesbehalve een suite, het is er enorm donker, niet schoon en er missen diverse zaken.

Spændende, dejligt og anderledes hotel.

Meget charmerende hotel i centrum. Hyggelige og rare værelser, ud over det sædvanlige. Morgenmaden var tilstrækkelig, men ikke særlig spændende. Vi kommer nok tilbage til hotellet, når vi har ærinde i Breda igen.
