「This property is in a convenient location and once was very nice but has, unfortunately, not been well maintained. The terrace had 5 cm of standing water due to a drainage issue and cans of cigarette butts and so was unusable. The overall cleanliness was not good when we arrived. We complained and they did send someone to make it a bit better thus three stars instead of two. We have stayed in several Dutch short term rentals and this one wasn’t up to the usual standard.」

「We were very happy with the location and majority of amentities. We did not see a thermostat, which would have been helpful during the heat wave, but the temperature was bearable at whatever the standard setting was. The couch had stains on it which was in contrast of how pristine and beautiful the rest of the accommodation was.
