look elsewhere if you want what is advertised.
Nice cottage but a lot of issues with services, follow through , and management. Definitely not a 'boutique ' experience. The hot tub wasn't hot, jetted tub didn't work, water was brown and stinky for two days. No airport pick up service as promised, notified the day of arrival, and again on departure was not 'convenient' for manager/owner again to provide those services. After much back and forth, and explanations about how it was too inconvenient for management to provide services that were promised , contracted and paid for, they did apologize and refunded the cost of taxis. Overall impression was that manager did not want to be bothered to run the resort. And turns out local manager is the owner. Really left a bad taste overall and didn't make good business or service sense to us.
