"We loved the complementary breakfast, which had a diversity of options, and was well cared for by the hotel staff. Rooms were small and basic but comfortable. Hotel was conveniently located a short walk from the train station, bus station, grocery store, restaurants, and the main shopping district downtown. Recommended."

"The breakfast was amazing"

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Schlosspalais! The hotel was quaint, warm and welcoming, with a beautiful view of Wernigerode Castle right from our room. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the charming old town with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Breakfast was delicious and the service was wonderful throughout our stay. A lovely place to stay while visiting Wernigerode!"

"Large hotel in the centre of Wernigerode about 10 mins walk from the railway station. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Room comfortable and clean. The hotel does seem to have a number of coach parties so can get busy at times."

"Rent og pænt! Imødekommende personale."

"We stayed for 3 nights. Friendly staff in the restaurant. Everything worked and the apartments are spacious and so cozy. Very baby friendly! Although a bit of noise at night from other guests. Overall great stay with a nice location. "

"Lovely hotel and location!"

"Værelset er ikke super indbydende. lugter også af et eller andet som ikke er lækkert. Møbler mangler rens eller udskiftning. Senge det samme. Og hele hotellet mangler en meget stor kærlig hånd både ude og inde. Vi fik aftensmad der en gang og til den pris. Morgenmad er middelmådig."
