We loved the complementary breakfast, which had a diversity of options, and was well cared for by the hotel staff. Rooms were small and basic but comfortable. Hotel was conveniently located a short walk from the train station, bus station, grocery store, restaurants, and the main shopping district downtown. Recommended.

Had problems Checking in on the phone Fortunately there is a person @ the reception from 10am to 8pm,otherwise I would have been screwed. After checking in the sent the room# but no code for the Key Box. Breakfast was fabulous and Room was way bigger than expected Overall a 10 except the "virtual check in" sucks

Great room. Clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The young lady that checked me in was awesome, absolutely wonderful customer service. Breakfast was fabulous.

They are in the process of installing an elevator so the guests had to take the stairs. The stairs smelled of fresh paint because of current renovations. The reception staff is not always there, so getting service after or before business hours is difficult. The hallways are very dark, but the rooms are very clean and comfortable, especially the bathrooms. The breakfast was a very good and plenty of variety. The location is very good and easy walk to the train station.

Wernigerode visit

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distances of city center. Vibrant town with shopping and dinning close. Tourist information was available in the lobby. Language barrier upon checking in making it a challenge to get checked in. The automated check in, emails, reception all in German. Be patient during you stay if using translation apps. We were able to get by without any major issues. The breakfast in the morning is worth the extra charge. Nice setting and convenient so you don’t have to leave the hotel. Overall, our stay was pleasant and would recommend this location.

Das Frühstück war für den Preis großzügig. Die Zimmer ruhig und sauber. Etwas Sorge machte mir der Föhn, an dem nicht zu erkennen war, wann die nächste technische Prüfung ansteht... leider war das WLAN mies. Es war nicht möglich einen Film auf einem Streaming Dienst zu schauen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr zentral gelegen und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer groß und sauber. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Und das Frühstück gut und große Auswahl. Alles in allem ein wirklich guter Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hotellet ligger bra till för att ta sig till centrum . Rummen var bra vi saknade dock fjärrkontroll till TV en så vi missade VM matchen . Då det inte fanns någon personal i receptionen gick det inte att lösa så vi kunde få i gång tv. . Frukosten var bra
