"This is a "no frills" type hotel stay but it is clean, quiet, located in a convenient area, and managed by a very competent young man behind the front desk. Just an "FYI - you have to request the cleaning staff as I did not see any during my four night stay recently."

"Plenty of parking in front of ground floor rooms. Room was in good condition. My only complaint was that the Internet provided by the hotel was weak. Most of the time, it did not work at all. Cellphone provider, T-Mobile does not cover Cape Cod well and I could not use my cellphone as a hotspot. They tried to help, but the hotel's internet distribution was not up to the task."

"Was there with family and elderly parents. We all just loved it!! It was just so comfortable and easy while being beautifully decorated. And talk about well stocked!! It was nice not to have to worry about any of the soaps and shampoos and toilet paper. And let me say…we all just loved how comfortable the beds were!! Truly a great spot that I would love to go back to!!!"

"Incredible three course breakfasts that showcased Carol's culinary prowess. Lovely period features in the historic Captain Farris House. Plenty to do on Cape Cod. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and pine for the delicious freshly baked cookies. Thank you to Carol, Jeff and colleagues."

"I live locally and took my grandkids for use of the indoor pool, which was fabulous. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was the basic hotel fare, just fine. The grandkids enjoyed making waffles. The facility is worn with a few door panels that are coming loose, including our bathroom door in room 105 and one of the bathroom stall doors in the ladies bathroom by the pool."
