In die Jahre gekommenes Ferienhaus

Das Haus war an machen Stellen leider schon etwas abgewohnt und bedarf dringend einiger Schönheitsreparaturen.Angefangen mit den Duschköpfen beider Duschen, diese waren sehr verkalkt. Die Klobrille des Bades im 1.OG war gebrochen und geklebt. Ein Austausch wäre sicher nicht preisintensiver gewesen. Auch die Einrichtung des Bades im 1.OG hatte eher Campingniveau. Ein kleines rostendes Blechregal, eine Spiegelablage die nach vorn klappt und eine beige Plasteduschkabine die auf einen Zeltplatz passt aber nicht in ein Ferienhaus was die Nacht 250 kostet.Der größte Mangel war jedoch der sehr abgenutzte und nur notdürftig reparierte Holzboden der Terrasse. Teilweise standen die Nägelköpfe oder kleine Holzsplitter ab, so das man sich beim Betreten ohne Schuhe leicht verletzen konnte. Gerade mit Kindern ist das problematisch. Auch eine Stütze der Terrasse schien gebrochen zu sein, zumindest bog gab der Boden im rechten vorderen Bereich stark nach wenn ihn 2-3 Personen betraten.All diese Mängel haben wir vor Ort bei Abreise auch bemängelt.Die nette Mitarbeiterin konnte jedoch nicht viel ausrichten, da sich das Ferienhaus in Privatbesitz befindet und vor Ort nur verwaltet wird.
