「I had a room booked for me and I am disabled ,so a while later rang to make sure it was accessible and had to pay extra(disability discrimination?) on arrival was assured it was a “deluxe room” .The bathroom was run down with copious mould ,dust from quite a while built up on skirting boards ,and behind bed heads. Dirty crumpled paper under mattress topper?,milk and drink accessories not topped up daily . Picnic tables 6 ft from room windows so very noisy at night.

「The rooms were truly remarkable, offering ample space and pristine cleanliness. However, what truly left a lasting impression was the generous assortment and diversity of products provided. The selection included tea, water, snacks, cereal, and even shower gel. Despite having experienced seven-star accommodations, I have never encountered such a welcoming package.」
